Who is Rejus?
Rejus is a family led Doncaster-based Facilities Management (FM) company that provides solutions for businesses through our maintenance, cleaning, and construction contracts. Though based in Doncaster, we reach across Yorkshire and the UK to provide building maintenance, cleaning contracts, and construction projects to commercial and industrial clients.
What is Facilities Management?
FM is an all-encompassing term used for any services required that support your ‘core’ activities. We look after your building and grounds, so you can look after your business. The range of services is long, and our staff are trained to ask the questions that are relevant to you. Ultimately, the objective is to save you time, save you money, keep you safe, and keep you compliant.
Why do I need to be compliant?
Building compliance refers to the necessary services that need to be carried out on a regular basis to keep your building safe. Failing to be compliant can potentially lead to injury, loss of production, and ultimately to serious fines or time in prison.
What locations do you cover?
We currently deliver FM contracts and construction projects nationally, while our cleaning division currently operates across the North of England.
What’s the role of my account manager?
When you join Rejus you’ll be assigned an account manager, your main point of contact with the Company. It’s their job to organise all the agreed upon services for your business, and to be there to help with any further problems you may encounter.
How long before I’m contacted by my account manager?
If you enquire early enough you’ll hear back before the end of the day.
How long before I get a quote?
Wait times for quotes vary, but on average you’ll hear back within 48 hours of a site visit. Cleaning contracts are likely to take even less time than that.
What assurances can you give?
Over two decades in operations has given us a strong understanding of how to best meet client’s needs. We’re fully insured, have all up to date and relevant ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, SSIP, CHAS accreditations, and use our bespoke KPI system to track progress and provide strong communication to you, the client.
