Case Study: Our Two-Year Anniversary Providing Facilities Management for Welbeck Estate

Welbeck Estate Yorkshire

Last month we reached our two-year anniversary with property management company Welbeck Estate in Worksop, crafting a unique list of various services we’ve provided for their various buildings over the years. Looking back, we’re proud that the number of properties we’ve worked on for Welbeck Estate has reached double digits over the years and has ranged from farm shops to schools.

Rejus have provided ad-hoc works or bespoke facilities management packages to a staggering 20 properties for the prestigious estate management company.

We initially quoted Welbeck to provide office consumables for their main office, building a relationship over the following years and greatly expanding the range of services we provide. The locations we provide work for expanded with it. We are now in a position where we carry out facilities management works at sites such as Welbeck Abbey Brewery and the Brewery’s offshoot Pineapple Lodge.

All our Facilities Management packages start with an enquiry which leads to a free site audit. Whether wanting us to quote for one service or needing us to fix multiple issues on site, we’ll tailor our visit to meet your needs and recommended the best course of action. We also help keep your building compliant, which is why we ended up quoting for and winning various maintenance services for Welbeck related to health and safety.

The relationship with Welbeck Estates has taken Rejus on a tour across the Worksop property and associated locations, doing works from Cavendish House to Lady Margaret Hall.

Common recurring services include L8 legionella water testing, emergency light servicing, and plumbing. Each site for Welbeck also has unique requirements and needs that shape their bespoke facilities management package. For example, providing oil firing servicing and heating checks for Welbeck Abbey. The north Nottinghamshire landmark is a point of pride for the region, and Rejus are happy to have played our part in keeping it safe.

We look forward to continuing our work with the Estate.
