Lakeside Shopping Village, the popular Doncaster retail park, recently had a push to certify the air conditioning for all their shops as we approach summer. Rejus was on hand to provide the required maintenance and certificates for some of the buildings, including the head office.

Located on Scot Lane in the heart of the city centre, Yorkshire Smoke Free provides advice on resources to help the community quit smoking. They reached out to Rejus early May to ask us to quote for various cleaning services, including daily contract cleaning.

This month we celebrated working 11 years with one of our longest standing clients, Hill House School in Doncaster. We've been providing contracted school cleaning services since 2011, alongside ad-hoc facilities management services bespoke to the needs of the school.

Originally enquiring in early March for 3 months of contracted cleaning at their temporary facilities, this soon expanded into an additional 12 months at the new premise. Alongside this came facilities management works. Solutions 4 Health are in the middle of an important move for the healthcare providers and required a quick response, which Rejus were happy to provide.

Last Thursday Rejus received the call from one of our cleaning clients, distribution logistic providers Geodis, to inform us they were in need of an urgent response. We were informed that human waste has been left in a staff only area of the facility, and the area was in need of a quick and efficient specialist clean.

We recently received a request to fix a leak that seemingly appeared at random. Responding that same day, Rejus discovered that the client had developed a preventable rodent problem. An infestation prevention plan could have saved the company the cost of pipe repair.

Last month we reached our two-year anniversary with property management company Welbeck Estate in Worksop, building up a unique list of various services we’ve provided for various properties over the years. The relationship serves as a good case study for a bespoke facilities management package.

Last Wednesday Rejus received an enquiry from a client we’ve worked with frequently in the past. The client received damage to the cladding panels of their large distribution facility as a result of storms during February. Rejus were invited to quote for the repairs.

After sponsoring Campsmount Academy for the past four years, allowing any student to complete their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award, we’ve entered an exciting new partnership directly with the Award.

Rejus was recently awarded our annual certificate of accreditation from the Contractor Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS), once more earning the award of Principal Contractor.
